Service of Re-Dedication of the Bells
 

A special service was held for the Re-dedication of the Bells

at St Mary’s Church, Long Preston,

On Sunday May 10th 2009
with Rt Revd David James, Bishop of Bradford.

The church was full for the service of worship and thanksgiving
to celebrate the rehanging of our restored church bells,
which have been repaired with generous grants
from The Heritage Lottery Fund and other local sponsors,
as part of the wider Heritage Project in the village.
