Football Club
Long Preston now officially has a football team, that will be competing in the Craven League
from the 2008-09 season, starting around September.

Little Red Bus

Intended for folk who have difficulty getting about, the Little Red Bus can carry up to fifteen passengers, has low floor accessibility and is equipped with one wheelchair space, wheelchair ramps and handrails.

It runs on Tuesdays and Fridays, same times both days ...

       Depart  Long Preston: 10.00am - Arrive Skipton: 10.45am.

       Depart Skipton: 2.30pm - Arrive Long Preston: 3.15pm.

You can also travel to Skipton on the afternoon bus although you will have to make your own return arrangements. If you wish, the bus can pick you up from (and deliver you back to) your home. All journeys must be pre-booked by calling the freephone number above.
